HIV Client Services

ABOUT

hivcsTapestry Health’s HIV Client Services Program, located in Springfield and Greenfield, assists people living with HIV/AIDS through a comprehensive approach to care. We will see any HIV+ individual requesting help, as well as infected or affected family members.

HIV Client Services ensures that clients promptly receive medical and social services, and works with each person to eliminate barriers to care. Our medical case managers also help clients to grow self-sufficient through education of and referrals to vital services, including physical and mental health care, substance abuse treatment, food, housing, benefits, and safety from violence.

Today, 20 years after introducing HIV counseling and testing to Western Massachusetts, Tapestry Health continues to build a continuum of care for clients by forming partnerships with local and regional providers. Please call (413) 363-9472 for more information on HIV Client Services.
